Emmanuel A. Carousos
Chief Executive Officer
Emmanuel was the co-founder, Deputy Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer at Elix Aviation. Emmanuel also founded and is CEO
of Meta Aerospace Capital, a specialty aerospace investment platform. As a creator of several industry leading aviation businesses, Emmanuel brings a wealth of experience in strategic development, mergers and acquisitions, capital growth and financial, organizational and risk management.
Head of Commercial
Scott brings a wide range of commercial aviation experience accrued over a 30-year career in airlines and OEMs. Scott has held senior management positions at Olympic Air, overseeing the rebirth and transformation of Europe’s largest start-up regional airline, and at UTC Systems, where he developed and implemented their MRO leasing and financing strategy.
Chief Operating Officer
John brings 25 years OEM experience as a member of the core ATR management team, with deep knowledge of the regional aviation market and airlines. While at ATR, John served as Head of Global Sales, President of ATR North America and Vice President of Contracts. He designed and implemented successful sales strategies over 10+ years to achieve record results at ATR. He also managed the OEM airline support program for ATR’s North American airline fleet.
Head of Finance
Lorraine brings 10 years leasing industry experience in aviation finance. Lorraine previously held the position of Financial Controller for the global wide-body lessor, Intrepid Aviation, where she managed a team of accounting professionals overseeing business operations and financial reporting across a globally diverse number of jurisdictions.
Head of Risk
Mike has held C-Level positions at airlines in Russia, Middle-East and Europe. He brings more than 15 years of airline development, business and fleet planning and management experience, including green Field airline start-ups, legacy airline restructuring and airline IPOs. He also held a Group-VP position at Nordic Aviation Capital.
Head of Technical
Steve has over 20 years of wide ranging airline and MRO experience, including head of technical and airworthiness management at Norwegian Air and over 10 years in senior engineering and financial management positions in industry leading MROs.
Head of Legal
Mike has 25 years OEM and airline experience in senior legal positions at TUI AG and BAE Systems. During his tenure at TUI, Mike was responsible for legal counsel on fleet management and finance. For 20 years, Mike was Chief Counsel at BAE Systems, in the Group’s Asset Management leasing organization and Regional Aircraft Support business, including management of an innovative
portfolio insurance scheme and asset trust financing.
